FEE SCHEDULE FOR STEPHEN FAIRLEY

We believe you will find our fees to be reasonable and flexible. Stephen enjoys assisting small growing businesses and groups with limited budgets. Assume nothing about Stephen's fees until you speak directly to him. You may be pleasantly surprised.

Fee Schedule

Here are Stephen's typical fee ranges:

Keynotes                               $10,000 to $15,000

Workshops                            $8,000 to $20,000

Teleconferences                    $100 to $200 per person

 All-Inclusive booking             Quoted on a case-by-case basis

Factors determining Fees

All programs and fees are customized and determined on a case-by-case basis. Fees are based on factors such as:

• Length of program

• Objectives

• Style of program (keynote, workshop, teleconference)

• Audience specifics (size, membership, industry)

• Amount of customization (minimal, partial, most, full customization)

• Dates

• Location and travel distance from Chicago

• Available product sales (books, CDs and workbooks)

• The opportunity for multiple presentations and follow up coaching

After determining the specifics of your program Stephen will prepare a formal quote. There is no financial obligation until the booking agreement is signed and a deposit has been made.

Options on Travel Expenses

Most of our clients choose to pay Stephen's speaking fee plus expenses (travel, food and lodging). However, to assist our clients with a tight budget, Stephen also offers the option of an All-Inclusive booking. After determining the specifics of your meeting, he will provide you with an All-Inclusive fee that includes the program presentation and ALL of his traveling expenses.

Regardless of which option you select, Stephen Fairley will absorb all airfare costs over $300 for travel within the 48 states.
